Maria is a Gastronome and Cook from University of Gastronomic Sciences of Slow Food. Born between Lake Garda olive groves and Franciacorta vineyards, she’s always been passionate about good and simple food. Graduated in International Relations, she lived in London. Fascinated by the power of our food-culture roots, she earned her Master's degree in ‘Food Culture and Communication of High-Quality Food in Italy', travelling in Italy and abroad. She made important job experiences such as at 3 Michelin starred Osteria Francescana of the chef Massimo Bottura and at the famous L’Albereta Relais & Chateaux in Franciacorta.
In 2017 she started her own project Good Food Good Mood Mood to spread the love of good and real food through authentic Italian cooking, tasting and gathering experiences. The first real enogastronomic food experiences on Garda Lake, Franciacorta and Lake Iseo. A great passion for good food leads her to several courses with the vegetarian-cuisine Master Chef Pietro Leeman, with the Italian-cuisien Master Chef Vittorio Cerea, with Italianian-pizza Master Chef Renato Bosco and to food workshop at Anna Tasca Lanza School in Sicily, at Cook’s Atelier in France and at Masseria Moroseta in Puglia with Chef Eugenia Goggi. Always inspired by Michael Pollan food philosophy and always looking for books which share good, simple and beautiful food.
