The Food Experience takes place on Montisola Island, a green mountain in the blue of the Iseo lake. The meeting point is at the ferry departure in Sale Marasino village. We’ll take the ferry for a 10 minutes trip to the wonderful Montisola. Visit to the only oil mill of the island overlooking the lake and tasting excellent local Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Exceptional workshop on the ancient drying technique of the Sardina fish, branded ‘Slow Food Presidium’. Lunch on a beautiful terrace by the lake with a 4 fish-course menù.

The Food Experience takes place in Valtenesi, a beautiful territory rich in olive groves and vineyards on the western shore of Lake Garda. Our first stop will be an ancient family-run farm. Visit to the mill and discover of the production method of a high-quality olive oil. Then an exciting sensory tasting of their DOP Extra Virgin olive oils, winners of prestigious international awards. We’ll move to a charming and Bio-dynamic winery. Walk through the vineyards, visit to the cellar and tasting their Groppello red wine and Rosè wine. Finally, a relaxing lunch in a local restaurant by the lake with a 4-course menù.
